Anyone's Q10 front facing camera stopped working, or can at least help me in fixing it?

I want you to be able to enjoy all those selfie's blackberry93! I'm sorry to hear of your difficulties. When did this start? What happens when you try to open the front camera? Have you tried a soft reset by powering the device off and on? Does your rear facing camera work?
