Like I want another storm. "We can send you another refurb storm or you can purchase new equipment" I've never gone over 90 days with a storm. I've had 9 so far in 13 months. I've had this one for less than 30 days. They basically told me to {word filter avoidance}
when cust svc rep tells me this morning that he'll get back to me but when I finally call back 10 hours later nobody seems to know I even called this morning. I can't believe that this is considered acceptable cust svc.
