I received the new version (Platform 5.1.0.137) on my BB Bold last night and now I can't get to my screen. What I have now is an alphabetical listing of my apps. It wouldn't even allow me to turn the phone off/on, I had to reboot by taking the battery out and it still takes me to the alphabetical listing. How do I get it to my home screen (favorites). Seems as though I've tried everything.
The download did state some "Uncaught exceptions", i.e. java.lang.NullPointer Exception: java.lang.Nullpointer; java.long.Error; and ApplicationRegistry.wait for.........timeout.
One other had same exact problem, whgat can I do??? I really need my phone back working.

Are you still experience this issue with your device? If so try performing a clean reload of the BlackBerry device software. This should help resolve this problem.
