Help! Getting "JUM error 545 reset" on Storm 2 9550

Has anyone had this error before? I had it sitting next to me and when to check messages. Didn't drop it or do anything to it.  I've pulled the battery, and sim card but still et the same error.

Hi,

Try to connect it to your computer with Blackberry Desktop Manager installed.  It will probably not detect the device, but go through the steps for reloading the software.  It might "jump start" it to a working state.
