Help Please! Screwed Up Email on Our Blackberrys!

OK, wife and I each have Storms (9530).  I have an existing Verizon email account through residential Hi-speed Internet Service, and Verizon store set up both BlackBerrys to access that email account.  I changed the password on the Verizon email account (thought, incorrectly I now think, that I had been scammed into disclosing it).  Naturally BlackBerrys stop receiving email. I get a message from donotreply@blackberry.com that that they are stopping delivery of emails to my account because of the password change and I need to go to the BlackBerry Internet Service and update the password for the email account. Problem is,   I CANNOT get in to the BlackBerry Internet Service to save my life.  Username is confirmed through the VZW support service, and PW was sent in another email from good ol' donotreply.  I go to the BlackBerry Internet Service page and enter the Username and the Password, and it just keeps telling me "Invalid Username or Password."  So I am locked out of the one place I apparently need to access to fix things.  I then changed the Verizon email password back to what it was originally.  BlackBerrys still don't receive emails.  Can I somehow fix this via my phone or computer?  How?  Thanks!

Call 800-922-0204 from some other phone and answer prompts until you get to tech support, when they ask your problem say BB and you will be connected to a BB Tech who can send the info. to your phones.

Hello, I had issues with email, would not receive/send was due to opera mini 5 but changed permission setting and Opera is good now. So after trying to send books, register, email was like it never was there. what I had to do is delete email account and recreate the same email account I had created thru email setup. Got it fixed. Now I don't know if it will work for all but depends on email issue.

The Verizon support rep did not send the info to my phone, she told me what it was over the phone (just the Username, I already had the Password sent to my phone), and all is once again good on our BlackBerrys, the emails are STILL coming in from the time the email was broken! You will need your Verizon billing password (glad I had written that on the box the phone came in, because I sure did not remember it,) and the PIN for your phone, if you ever need to go through this drill!
