I just did an update recently on my Blackberry Curve and now when I save photos and videos, it saves successfully, but when I go to pictures or videos, they do not appear there. HELP!!!
Open camera click menu then options. Look where they are being saved to. Do same with video camera. I always save to the media card then back up to computer.
By default, they save to device memory, so as Steve said, change that in options.
When you go to view pictures and don't see them, scroll up to the very top and you may see other options, like "preloaded pictures," "media card," "device memory." Once you open a photo, there will be a "Move" option in the menu.
