In the Desktop Manager, there is an option to transfer from BlackBerry to BlackBerry.  That's the quickest/easiest way to do the transfer.

Step 1:Connect both phones to the computer using your USB cables.

Step 2: Start BlackBerry Desktop Manager; allow it to recognize your BlackBerry.

Step 3: From the Main Menu of the Desktop Manager, choose Device Switch Wizard. Choose "Start," selecting the option for either two BlackBerry devices or a BlackBerry with another device, depending on what two phones you have connected to your computer

Step 4: Ensure both devices are connected and registering in the Desktop Manager. For two BlackBerrys, options are on the right. "Third-party applications" will be any previous programs you want transferred; while "device data" and "options" will transfer contacts, as well as calendar and other setting information. Between another device, simply follow the prompts, choosing next, until your data is transferred.

You do not have to have both phones connected to the computer while doing a device switch.  You can do one phone at a time and Desktop Manager will simply ask you for the new device when it is ready.

The quickest way that I've found over the years is to use Google Sync. You download Google Sync to the old phone and install it, then you download it to the new phone and install it. Voila. Contacts and calendar sycned.

*Gmail account required. But everyone should have a Gmail account by now.

[EDIT] Duh, the website would help, huh? Go to m.google.com/sync from your Blackberry browser.
