How do I I get my blackberry email password sent to me?

I got a replacement device from Asurion but can't remember my blackberry emai password or my secret answer. How do I rest the password as ned it to validate this email.

Here are the steps to reset password via blackberry device..Hope this helps!

An email account password change via BlackBerry Internet Service should only be performed if the password was entered incorrectly or has been recently changed.

1. From the HomeScreen, press the Menu button.
   
   
2. Select Setup.
   
   
3. Select Email Settings.
   
   
4. If presented, enter the appropriate User nameand Password(located within the Existing UsersSection) then select Log In.
   
   
5. Ensure the desired email accountIs highlighted then press the Menu button.
   
   
6. Select Edit.
   
   
7. From the Passwordfield, enter the appropriate passwordthen select Save.

I have a similar problem. I had to change my email password. Now my blackberry is not receiving emails. I am to update the password.  I tried the steps outlined. Problem is Verizon set up my email so I don't know what the User Name and Password are in order to reset it.  The Existing Users Section does not contain a User name or password.  I'm stuck.  How do I find the user name and password?

Call tech support. They have a special tool that allows them to access your account and they can reset your information.
