I have a 9650 Bold and wish to delete an old email address and add a new one but cannot find my Blackberry ID or Password. What to do next?
Solved! Go to Correct Answer
Wipe your device clean and start from scratch. Type in the wrong password ten times in a row and the device wipes itself back to factory settings. You can then set a new password and BlackBerry ID. Note that all your data will be lost, but without your password it's kind of gone already, right?

If I have all of my data backed up, will it not reload again after I do the hard reset?
Have you tried the steps outlined at this site (your blackberry id should be an email address, and you should be able to recover your password once you figure out what email address you used):
KB28684-How to confirm the BlackBerry ID Username if it has been forgotten
You can also call into tech support and they have the blackberry support tool where they can help you reset everything. You do NOT have to wipe your device.
