This is what I did with my Storm: (Tour 9630 similar) Install Blackberry Desktop Manager on your computer (suppose to have a disk that comes with Blackberry) or else your computer will not recognize your 9630. Connect 9630 to computer, make sure to Enable Mass Storage Mode on Blackberry, then go into My Computer (Windows XP or Vista?) I'm running Vista. But this a general information: you will see Blackberry 1(device) and Blackberry 2(media card). Assuming you stored photos on media card, click Blackberry 2 to open media card, choose the photos you want to copy to picture files on your computer. Or you can do photos with Desktop manager.
