How do I get insurance for my Storm? says declined insurance in my features...

can anyone help with this? See I bought my original Storm from GOWireless, provider for Verizon and the insurance i bought covers my original phone..i have since had to replace my Storm twice for internal issues  and it was covered under warranty. Now the phone i have has a crack in the screen and Verizon says i dont have insurance..I have ACE insurance with GOWireless but its handset specific insurance? meaning what? it only covers my original phone....So i feel im screwed with a cracked phone

You have to check with the insurance provider for specific policy coverage. Because the phone has a crack, that is not considered a manufacturer's defect. Cracks are considered negligence which voids the warranty.

Insurance is purchased just for such an incident. Have you called  ACE insurance yet?

Because you chose to purchase the phone from Go Wireless instead of directly from VZW, VZW can not offer you information or support for your insurance replacement options because they don't offer insurance from ACE. VZW has a relationship with Asurion for its customers who want to purchase insurance.
