How do I retrieve a fax from Visual Voice Mail?

I have a bberry storm with the visual voice mail.  How can I retrieve a fax sent to my voice mail?

Visual Voice Mail has the fax feature, according to Verizon, but I don't have the forward option at the phone for a fax message (I can see that option for regular vm), or any option at the voice mail box for a fax.

Ensure there is an available fax printing destination with a 10-digit mobile number.

1. Press *VM (*86).
2. Press SEND.
   If there is a system greeting, press the # immediately to interrupt it.
3. Enter the password then press #.
4. Press 1 for messages.
5. Press 3 for fax messages.
6. Press 2 to print the fax image.
   • Press 1 to print to the primary fax printing destination.
   • Press 2 to print to an alternate fax printing destination, enter the 10-digit mobile number for the fax printing destination then press #.

The fax feature seems to be somewhat ignored in the visual voice user information.  When I press 3 for fax messages, there is not an option to forward and I don't have a mobile phone printer set up.
