How do I stop an App error 523?

I am having a major problem with my Bold, I am on my third one in less than a year and it just quit working!!!  It goes through a reset and I get a error code of App Error 523 Reset.  When I rest it just hangs in limbo.  Anyone else having a problem like this?  Ideas?
