I am currently traveling and have purchased a temporary SIM card I would like to use in my Blackberry Bold from Verizon. I need to have Verizon unlock my phone so I can use it, but I cannot call them nor can I access the online Chat function because it says "Sorry, all agents are busy." So, how do I unlock my phone if I cannot get a hold of a Verizon agent?
