You can't because vzw_customer_support​ is not supporting updates to the PRIV. No security updates for Lollipop and no Marshmallow update.

Call vzw_customer_support​ and see what they say. vzw_customer_support​ isn't supportive in this forum. I doubt you'll ever see a response from vzw_customer_support​ or verizonmoderator2​
