How long for number block?

I just added a phone number to my blocked number list and I'm wondering how long it will take until it is actually blocked. The person is still calling over and over and I'd like it to stop, soon!!!!! Thanks in advance.

Useally it should go into affect instant. Double check you put the correct number, then turn off your phone turn it back on
