How to download backup assistant icon on BB bold 9930?

I backed up my old phone bb 9780 to my new one 9930 but it was having some problems. I repaired the phone back to the default settings but now I don't have the backup assistant icon, I have no idea how to get it. Please advise. Thanks

When you reboot the icon should reappear when you get new service books from Verizon. Make sure it isn't hidden or in a folder.

Glad you were able to successfully restore your Blackberry Bold back to it's original state; however, I would like to assist you in redownloading the Backup Assistant application.

rgomez, I'm including a link with instructions on how to download applications that are not installed on the Bold here.  Once the application has been installed, you can Restore contacts from a previous backup.
