How to view PIX or FLIX online

How do you view a pix of flix online that I received on my blackberry (since my blackberry does not have the capability to see it on the phone)?

I followed the instructions given to other community questions on this, but they don't work and I cannot get to the PIX.  Is there a block if you are only an account member and not a manager or owner?

Sorry to hear you are experiencing an issue with viewing picture messages and video messages online. Have you tried viewing the received content by using this link: http://vz.to/1pjewQv This takes you to your online picture album, where this content is stored for Seven days.

No, it does not help. I get a pop-up from My Verizon that stars with “Sorry, it appears you do not have an active account.” And goes on with: “New Multimedia Messaging accounts are unable to be created because the service is being upgraded to Backup Assistant Plus ….”

And then goes on to asking me to activate something on the cloud where if it appears that if I go over 500 MB I will start getting charged (which I cannot do since I am an account member, not manager or owner).

How can I get to my pix without all this additional activation (I already have an account and this appears to be the only feature I can’t use through the website)?
