I FEEL YOUR PAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been through 5 blackberry's since last January. Also my boyfriend is on  his 3rd.   

BB#1:  Trackball was sticking

BB#2: Was not able to select anything on my phone.

BB#3: Phone began to power cycle 4-5 times a day

BB#4: Phone was power cycling (and i shold mention that i only had this phone for 2 weeks!)

BB#5: this is my current phone.  so far so good but all hopes for blackberry are out he window!\

 

              I talked to the customer service people many times and they told me that all they can do is just send me replacement phones.  After i talked to them the last time, my boyfriend recieved and email saying that he was eligible for an early upgrade Which is fine and all but i called them and asked if i could partake in the erly upgrade as well due to my situation and they said no bc i am so far away from my upgrade date for them to do anything.  Needless to say i am NOT a happy camper right about now!:smileymad:
