I cannot access my blackberry messanger on my Bold 9930.

It keeps asking me for my sign on and id and when i enter it won't let me in. I even chenged the password on my laptop and it accepted the new password but my phone won't let me access BBM. Any suggestions?

I'm sorry your having issues with the blackberry messenger application. Let's work together and get this fixed!

Please power down and remove and reinsert the battery and retest. Have you deleted the application and readded? Are you able to receive normal text messages?

Thanks and I did all the things you suggested without any luck. Fortunately I was able to locate the original password and it’s all good now. I appreciate the response.

As Joe mentioned, try a battery pull and also uninstall and reinstall BBM.

Once in a while you may have to update your BB ID, but in my experience, you get a message and all it requires is a simple click.

Let us know if any of these work for you.
