Get message MDN not found. Made sure app was updated. Just got phone today. Any ideas?

We want you to be able to enjoy using the Cloud. Let's investigate into this. What version Blackberry do you have? Have you used the Cloud in the past? Are you able to access the VZW Cloud by signing in on the computer?
