I have downloaded music from rhapsody and I can't decrease the volumn

when I try to turn the volumn down on the tune by using the side buttons it just forward to the next tune. I am unable to find the short key settings to change it to volumn.

Hi,

I think if you just tap the volume key it will adjust the volume.  If you hold it down too long, it will skip to the next song.  Try a gentle, short tap and see if that works.  Also, you may try a battery pull to refresh your device's memory.
