I keep getting weird jumbled messages from "01190080002021" - ideas?

The text is all jumbled but has VZWM in it.....from 01190080002021

Sounds like someone in a foreign country has got a wrong number, and is trying to text in their own language's alphabet, which is not supported by your phone's software, thus the jumbly garbage. That's my guess. I think the vzwm is probably just a coincidence
