I love Blackberry email, but want a droid

Never really been on forums, so excuse my ignorance.  I have a blackberry storm 2.  I am a tad jealous of all the new droid phones and their capabilities.  Unfortunately, the way my email at work is set up, I need to use a blackberry.  It allows me to delete emails on my phone only, OR on my phone AND on the network.  Sounds minor, but quite important as I get bombarded with emails and don't want to have to go thru all of them again when I get back to the office.  Are there any other applications or phones that offer a similar feature email wise?  It is IMAP too if that makes a difference,

I have provided a link to search blackberry app store. You can enter the word email in the search area to browse through application to search for in your market on your device. Verizon Wireless is not responsible for third party applications.
