I need my saved emails

I just switched from tour to bold and had to setup everything. is there a way to get my old "read" messages (that are still in my inbox) to show up in my email on this new phone?

Also I'm trying to sync up my contact list and keep getting this 39125 message that says we are still working on  your request...it hasn't done anything...what can I do?

Hi,

You can use Blackberry Desktop Software to switch devices.  It will transfer all old information from your old device to your new device, including your inbox.  You can download it from Blackberry at http://us.blackberry.com/apps-software/desktop/ Hope that helps,

OP/ Hello sharpei,

StreetDocRN is correct. You can transfer all the information you had on your Tour to your Bold using the Blackberry Desktop Manager. The only thing it won't transfer its applications you may have downloaded.
