IT Policy Error

Why am I getting the IT policy and firewall error on my BBerry when I do not use a corporate email account on it? How can I correct this?

Just a shot in the dark but maybe when you set up the email you selected some sort of BES setting instead of BIS....you might wanna check your email setup.
