Everytime I make a call there is a icon it is a Rectangle looking box with about 6 circles diagonal from one corner to another.. Anybody know?? or can help??

The icon you are referring to is the enhanced call audio indicator. You must have accidentally pressed to activate it at some point. To get rid of it, call some number, preferably your voice mail, just so that you are in a call. While in the call, press the L button and it will go away. You may have to press it twice, as there are two settings for the enhanced call audio.
