I have a Curve 8330 and today my phone hasn't been ringing when someone calls me. I had a pretty important call come in and I didn't even know about it even though my phone was in the same room as me. So I decided to have a friend call me after that. They told me that it rang twice on their end and then went to voicemail, but there wasn't a sound on my end. Just a missed call message. My friend has Tmobile and the first call came from a land line just to give a little more info.
I tried testing it myself by calling it from my house phone, but when I do that I actually just get a busy signal even though my cell is clearly not in use at the time. When I call with my mom's cell (verizon) the call comes in fine.
Any ideas on why this would be happening before I call customer service?
