Insufficient network coverage...everywhere!

All of a sudden I am getting a message that there is insufficient network coverage everywhere I go.  I am not getting my emails and can't get to the internet.  I changed NOTHING that I know of.  I am paying big bucks for this network coverage.  Anyone know what's going on?

I read about pulling the battery out of my Blackberry...tried it and not internet works fine>

Try calling *228 and choose option 1

or The network may have gone down in your area.
