Bought a blackberry tour in July. Had to replace it about a month later due to a tracking ball issue. Prepared for trip of my lifetime to Italy by activating the global plan to allow me to call the USA. Got to Italy...it did not work. Happily, with intervention of my sister in USA, Verizon resolved the matter. However, upon my return, I am not able to text Italy any more. My blackberry shows it has gone through, but my friend in Italy does not receive. Now, I do not receive his text messages. Verizon and Vodephone are supposed to be resolving the issue, however, has anyone else had this problem? I'm beginning to not like my blackberry.
