When I go to manage connections, it says not connected to BB internet service, or Enterprise Server. What do I do? I can call and receive calls, send and receive texts, but internet and email isn't working.
I could receive emails and surf the net, but I could not reply to or send a new email. Verizon tech support resent my service books and I am good to go.
