It is unfortunate since BlackBerry Mobile indicated that they would provide all phones with one OS upgrade which is also a requirement for Android Enterprise certification which currently lists the KEYone.
Hello, Emaderton3. Yes, we do test software updates prior to releasing them. Though we don't have specific dates for when they will be released until all testing has been completed.
