Is it mandatory to agree to the outrageous security terms for every app before being able to use ANY app on the BB Classic? Why is this??
ClassicallySpade

I downloaded Pandora from the Amazon App store (already on the Classic, as you all know) and when I go to open it, it asks me to agree to these ridiculous security terms, giving the app permission to get access to all my files, my contacts etc. It's absurd. But when I decline, the app closes out. There is no way for me to get access to ANY of the apps I tried downloading (the ones not originally on the phone) without agreeing to these terms. I don't understand it. Has everyone agreed to these terms??? Has your security been compromised? PLEASE HELP.

Us Android users have had to accept permissions for a long minute now.  It's better that you are informed as to what an app wants to do rather than for it to just install without privacy warnings at all, but unfortunately you must agree to the terms before use, otherwise it does not work.

Agree or don't use the app. There is no third choice.
