This is my 4th phone that has had issues with the standby button at the top that locks the buttons for no accidental calls. I've not done anything wrong to the phones and they have all broken within 7-18 hours of getting them. Customer service has been good about giving me certified refurb phones and then another brand new one but it still happened with them. They said they have never seen this problem before... Has this happened to anyone else?
