Thank you. The issue is not resolved. I have Bold and live in TN (37917). The problem began about 2 weeks ago. Whenever I try using the browser I get HTTP Error 400: Bad Request. I have tried doing a battery pull and software upgrade and that hasn't helped. Thank you for your help.
