I updated my storm and now my vz manager says that the device is not connected? Any help?

There is currently a problem with the latest BB software and the latest version of VZ Access manager. If you downgrade either one (I suggest downgrading Access Manager) you'll be back up and running. Not the best solution, but it's the only one I know of until Verizon or RIM fixes the problem.
