Hey folks--sorry about the 9 million questions on my new Tour--but I'm still learning. So here's my newest question:
It seems that my email messages show up in BOTH the "Messages" folder and the "Email" folder. They duplicate each other. Is there a way that my "Messages" folder will only show SMS text, MMS, or IM messages, and the email messages will only show up in the email folder? Thanks again for all your assistance!!
Yes there is a setting, that right now probably says "combined", change it to "separate" and it will separate them out. On Storm it is under general Options there is the wording "SMS & Email Inboxes" I have mine set to Combined because I only have 1 place to look for any message. While email list is open push BB menu but. then push options.
