Hopefully you have a current backup of the phones contents. Unless you can determine the proper password, the device will perform a security wipe after the set number (default is 10) of password attempts. Sorry, there is nothing either Verizon or Blackberry can do to help you with this.
If you have a backup, after the wipe, you can then restore your data and contacts.
