My Bb tour 9630 does no longer connect to internet ( BIS not connected)

It has been more than 3 months i am using a verizon blackberry 9630 connected to internet but suddenly 3 weeks ago internet has stopped working. the BIS is not connected whereas i have the subscritpion up to 30th Nov 2011). when i asked the company ( MTN - Rwanda) which connected me to BIS they say that it is a problem of verizon and not them. I am now really need help to re connect my phone to internet.
P.S: i have experineced on 3rd nov 2011 the internet back for 2hrs and i could get all emails but only for 2hours.

Check your settings under Manage Connections - be sure your Mobile Network has data services ON and your Network technology is set to whatever is appropriate for you. Here in California I use 1XEV; yours may need to be set to Global.
