Currently my phone gets no service at all. I realize i live in a bad location but everyone elses phones work. Especially those on US CELLULAR. I don't know if its my phone or the bad excuse for service that verizon offers. I am very tempted to drop this service and switch. I sometimes feel like i'm paying for nothing. its not like i can actually use my phone. waste.

If you are having problems getting a signal, check with someone else who is using Verizon Wireless near you. Also, is it just inside your home you have problems? Wireless signals can be blocked by interior walls. You can also try updating your PRL by calling *228 and selecting option 2. If you still have problems, contact customer service and see if they can help.
