I installed the My Verizon Mobile App on my BB Storm2, and rebooted like it said, but it won't log in. I just get this animation over and over. I let it sit for five minutes and nothing but the red animation.
Any clues? I tried a forum search but couldn't find an answer. Oh, and just in case, I just used the 3G connection and disabled my Wi-Fi - all to no avail.
Thanks.

What I recommend is you do a battery pull.
- Power the device off.
- Remove the battery.
- Let the device sit for 15 seconds.
- Replace the battery.
- Power the device back on.
After completing these steps, try to sign into the MyVerizon Application.

I had the same problem. I went to My Verizon Mobile on the browser and got it working.

Out of curiousity, are you in an area where Verizon is being tranisitioned to AT&T or they are still merging Alltel accounts in? This was a while ago, but I had this issue when I was in the Nebraska market that has since been sold to AT&T. A person couldn't call *611 nor could I use the My Verizon App for Android while in that area. As soon as I got to Omaha or Lincoln where Alltel and Verizon just merged both the app and *611 would work. The only fix I found was have Verizon push what they called a Blended PRL starting with a 6**** number. That PRL is a list of both the Verizon and Alltel towers that were purchased and make the phones think the Alltel tower are Verizon towers. My old PRL was a 5**** number. After the PRL push, no more problems.
I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.

There are two apps for this. You have to install both. One is Data usage and it is an exact duplicate of the My verizon. Then just hide one. I tried uninstalling one and it did what you say yours is doing.
