I have been trying..ever since I bought this phone to log onto facebook or myspace..or anything for that matter. I fill out all my information just fine, and try to click the button to continue and nothing happens...Now my mother is chuckling in the backround while I mutter over here under my breath. We bought the same phone just a few hours about. blackberry curve 8530
...she tried to fiddle with it, I'm going back into the store tomorrow. I spent all that money to get to surf and junk..and I can't. This is the first "smart phone" I've ever owned, but to be put down like that..by my mum was a huge shock.
Have you tried doing the battery pull restart on the phone? Do you have 3G connection in the upper right? I would try this first and then go from there. Do you have any issues just bringing up a web browser and going to any page?
Are you trying to log into the facebook or myspace mobile site or are you using the BlackBerry apps?
