Is THE SERVICE FOR BLACKBERRY DOWN? OR IS IT WITH VERIZON ..i AM NOT RECEIVING ANY OF MY EMAILS ..WHAT IS GOING ON???
Same thing with me. Can anyone help???
Same issue here. Last email received 6 pm 12/16.
Blackberry will be down until 5pm central time tonight
Same thing. Tried calling support but once I get through the voice prompts and it goes to transfer me all I get is ring ring ring ring with no answer.
Anyone know what's happening.
Just got a tweet that verizon is saying there is a blackberry outtage and its effecting email pushes..
Do you have any information as to why it will be down until 5pm Central? Also, what type of credit can we expect from Verizon? Never run into this I've had my Blackberry since July 4th.
Anyone know if it has affected text messages? I haven't received any since 5:30 last night.
Mine stopped at 2am.
Just got off the phone with VZW support. They say it's a RIM outage that effects multiple carriers but not every user. So implication is that it's a server specific problem (?).. Note: I was on the train this morning (NY/NJ). The person that I was sitting next to had an AT&T BB - his service was working.
It's most users on most carriers nationwide and in Canada.
