Need Help Setting Up Special Custom Profile

Hi! I would like to set up a custom profile which does this: Only notify me of phone calls & texts from four specific contacts. I do not want notification from any other contacts during certain times. Can anyone help me with how to do this? My goal is to only allow notification from my family during the night...Thanks for your help!
