Need help Syncing to outlook. Keeps coming up as unsuccessful.

I connect my z10 thru a USB cable.  The sync seems to work, as it takes 3-4 min and goes thru the dufferent stages.  Then in the end it shows as unsuccessful and my calender and contacts do not sync.  Please help.
