I just purchased a Blackberry Tour to replace my Motorola Q, and was able to get them to recognize each other using bluetooth BUT, when I selected my contacts list to send from the Q to the tour I got the message "Device does not support a suitable service to perform this operation" (on the Q referring to the Tour). In fact I get this message when I try to send ANYTHING via bluetooth to the Tour from the Q. I can't believe Verizon or Blackberry would cripple this device so it couldn't send the contacts. Any help would be appreciated.
Unless someone comes up with a fix for you go back to the store must be a Verizon owned store and they will transfer them for you with no costs and your pics too.
