Need to find my User Name

I'm trying set up my e-mail - forgot User name.

Any suggestions on how I find it/

Hi redstamp:

Good news! There is a way to recover your username through a website managed by RIM/Blackberry.  You can control your email settings right from this site too, so you may want to bookmark it for future use: BIS Login Site. To the right of the username portion, there's a "Require assistance?" hyperlink that you can click on for help recovering your username.  If that doesn't work, I have followed you. I have access to an admin site to reset usernames and passwords for the Blackberry BIS site. If you can't get it to work for you, please send me a DM or call 866-892-7957 (Tech Support) to get your user ID and/or password reset.
