New BB Style??????

So....

I have reserved a BB Style. The problem is, the carrier is Sprint and NOT VZW! However, if VZW doesn't start supporting blackberries in a better/more expeditious way, I might have to switch. I have till Halloween, which is when I have to pick up my new device at the Sprint store.

Hopefully there will be news about new hardware for us Crackheads. Hopefully it will include the Style and I can get the new device in January when I'm due for my annual upgrade.

Does anyone know anything about this??

Hi,

I noticed the new Style announced over at Crackberry's website today.  I was trying to decide if I liked the clam shell flip style of phone or not.  The Blackberry I would like would be a Torch if a CDMA version was made for Verizon.  Anyways, back to your question, no new Blackberry devices have been announced for Verizon.  But that does not mean that we are not getting any new Blackberry phones.  Verizon has always been tight-lipped about new devices until just before it is released.  Historically, this is the time of year when Verizon releases new models of phones, in time for the holidays.  All I can say is just keep reading the web sites like Crackberry  and others to see.  Hope this helps,

Doc

I'm with you ... I hope the Style comes to Verizon too! I have no idea if it will though. I doubt we'll hear anything before you pick up your new one though on the 31st, because new phones have just been announced that won't hit until Nov. 11 (more Motorolas and the Pre2).
