Just downloaded the new OS bundle and now my phone is completely out of whack. When I turn it on it says uncaught exception and I can not see or open half of my programs/icons, nor can I get into settings to change anything! I can't even use my phone! Is anyone else experiencing this or have a solution?

I would reload the OS again... that will probably solve your problem. You can run the upgrade via your BB Desktop
