Although I have been told this week by a Verizon rep that parental controls are available for the Storm, my account says that it's not eligible. Anyone have insight into this? The Verizon rep said a memo had just gone out. If I would have been told that parental controls were not available, I would not have purchased a Storm for my child. Not a good first impression of Verizon.

The parental controls are available for you to use for a monthly charge. They are available by going to My Verizon and logging in. There is a link for Set Parental Controls under the Quick Links heading. You can find what you need there.
